The Government has published its long–awaited planning reforms for England, following consultation on the draft framework last year. In a statement to Parliament on 27 March, Greg Clark, DCLG minister for planning, decentralisation and cities told MPs that the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) would “put unprecedented power in the hands of communities to shape the places in which they live.”
