English Partnerships will soon be seeking bids from developers and housing associations for zero and low carbon housing developments. Two sites have been announced as acquired so far: Glebe Road in Peterborough and Hanham Hall on the site of a former hospital in Bristol. English Partnerships hope to put five sites into development this year, and are seeking land from local authorities, other public sector landowners and the Regional Development Agencies. A Prior Information Notice has been issued but no action called for by the time we went to press.
