Surrey Research Park wants architectural services for a new two storey research and production building, approximately 3,500 m2 in area. The building will include the following facilities: electronic laboratories, clean rooms for electronic components assembly and manufacture, and administrative offices, together with associated car parking, external works and landscaping.
One criteria is to list experience of developing sustainable design solutions, working on innovative projects within fixed construction budgets and experience in obtaining “Very Good” BREEAM ratings for similar projects.
