DEFRA has completed the sale of its 5ha former site at Epsom Road in Guildford to Linden Homes for building of 200 homes. They will be built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3. “Given the current climate, the deal represents a remarkable achievement for all parties concerned,” said Steve Taylor of GVA Grimley which acted for DEFRA in outline planning approval and site disposal.
