English Partnerships, Linden Homes and Downland Housing Association have submitted outline plans for redevelopment of the Graylingwell site to Chichester District Council.

They include 750 homes, conversion of a listed farmhouse, 30 artists’ studios, a care home, shops and various energy saving technologies. “We recognised early on in the process that the only way to do Graylingwell justice would be to find a way to recognise the site’s history whilst working with local people to decide the site’s future,” said Linden regional managing director Paul Cooper. “The plans we will be submitting represent our vision of the fantastic community Graylingwell will become.”
