St Edward Homes, a jv between Prupim and Berkeley, has won outline planning permission to build a ‘sustainable community’ of 750 homes near Reading known as Green Park Village.

Built to code level 3, and including solar panels and high insulation standards, the homes will be next to a turbine on the nearby business park, but the developers will consider adding another turbine for the housing.
