No CERTainty in household energy efficiency

Energy suppliers are free to decide how best to deliver their carbon target under CERT by installing approved household energy efficiency measures “in the manner they consider most appropriate within the rules of the scheme,” Conservative energy efficiency minister Gregory Barker said. There are no regional targets or funding requirements, he added.
