Cunninghame Housing Association is seeking to set up a framework agreement of up to five contractors to deliver its development programme over the next four years.

Over the course of the framework agreement, the Association envisages undertaking a variety of new-build housing projects with potential also to develop non-housing/ commercial opportunities.

The projects will vary in size and complexity and encompass both traditional and design and build procurement routes. These developments could be on either greenfield or brownfield sites. Selection of contractors for each project will involve either mini-competitions or interviews followed by mini-competitions.

There is a possibility that subsequent tenders will be negotiated with contractors subject to performance, delivery and with the knowledge that value for money will be achieved.
