A housing development in Castleford has been awarded a post-construction certificate for its Code Level 6 performance, as of December 2011.
The £12m scheme of 91 homes, part-funded by the Homes and Communities Agency, the homes incorporate mechanical ventilation, heat recovery systems and grey water recycling. |
