Wakefield College is seeking a number of consultants to develop the design of a new college building on the existing Margaret Street campus.

It is looking for the services of architects, civil engineers, building services engineers, structural engineers, acoustic engineers, cost consultants, fi re safety engineers, energy effi ciency consultants and landscape architects. The design is complete to RIBA stage C, and needs to be developed to an advanced level beyond RIBA Plan of Work Stage D/E. A BREEAM rating of “very good” is expected for the new building.
