A-EM Studio Limited and Audley English Associates has won the competition for a mixed tenure housing development on the site of Eltham Baths, London SE9. 

The other four finalists in the competition, organised by RIBA on behalf of Ujima Housing Association Limited, were Jestico + Whiles + Associates Ltd, Walter Menteth Architects, PCKO Architects and Anne Thorne Architects Partnerships.
