Bracknell Forest Borough Council is looking for a consultant to advise on sustainable energy in the new town centre.The consultant will represent the council in its capacity as landowner and development partner on all matters relating low carbon technologies and renewables, and oversee the delivery of CHP in the council’s new accommodation.
