The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) is looking for a contractor to provide sustainable built environment workplace support services.  As well as facilities management, these may include utilities provision and management and capital projects.  The contract will run for 10-15 years and focus on areas of improvement under three main headings: financial benefits; quality of service and accommodation benefits and sustainability/environmental benefits.
