The Carbon Trust has launched a campaign to promote its energy-efficiency loans scheme after a poll found that 69 per cent of small business owners had made no investment to cut their greenhouse gas emissions. Companies can borrow £5000-£100,000 interest free if they upgrade to more energy efficient equipment.
