RIBA is running a design competition on behalf of Letchworth Garden City and North Hertfordshire Homes.

The objective of Tomorrow’s Garden City, A Sustainable Approach to Modern Living is to build over 60 high quality, affordable and environmentally friendly homes in Letchworth. Designs must meet at least level three of The Code for Sustainable Homes and achieve low annual running costs. The total prize fund is £25,000.

Deadline: 31 May for entries. The awards ceremony will be on 18 July.
