Portsmouth University wishes to separately appoint the Employers Agent/Project Manager, Cost Consultant, Architect, M&E Engineer and Structural Engineer to provide design services for a new facility (or facilities) for the Faculty of Creative and Cultural Industries (CCI). The building will be located within the Guildhall Campus as an extension to the existing Eldon Building. The University wishes the building to be sustainable and the appointed design team will develop the scheme through to RIBA Stage E/F and obtain a planning permission.
